Instructions

- Grease a microwave-safe dish (like a small glass bowl or mug) and pour in the batter.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the bread has risen and is cooked through. The top should be firm to the touch.
- Let the bread cool for a minute before removing it from the dish. Slice and enjoy immediately!
