Bread in 10 Minutes


INGREDENT

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) plain yogurt (or substitute with milk)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional, for extra softness)
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Make the Dough:
    In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt (and olive oil if using), and mix until a dough forms. Knead it for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Add a little flour if it’s too sticky.
  2. Rest (Optional but Recommended):
    Cover the dough and let it rest for 5–10 minutes while you preheat your pan.
  3. Shape the Bread:
    Divide the dough into 4–6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into a thin circle using a rolling pin (or your hands).
  4. Cook:
    Heat a nonstick skillet or pan over medium heat. Cook each bread for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear. Brush with butter or oil if desired while hot.
  5. Serve:
    Serve warm! Perfect with dips, soups, or just enjoy plain — it’s that good!
