Bread in 10 Minutes


🥖 INGREDENT

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or milk + 1 tsp vinegar as substitute)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter (for cooking)
  • Optional: herbs, garlic powder, or shredded cheese for flavor

🔥 Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Yogurt:
    Stir in the yogurt until a soft dough forms. If it’s sticky, sprinkle a little more flour.
  3. Knead:
    Lightly knead the dough on a floured surface for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide & Shape:
    Cut dough into 4–6 equal portions. Roll each one into a round flat disc about ½ cm thick.
  5. Cook on Stove:
    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brush lightly with oil or butter.
  6. Toast the Bread:
    Place a disc in the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden brown spots appear and bread puffs slightly.
  7. Serve Warm:
    Enjoy as-is, or with butter, cheese, jam, or your favorite dip!
