- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or milk)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a splash of milk or water.
- Lightly dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about 4-6 pieces).
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Roll out each ball into a flat round shape.
- Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Brush with olive oil or butter if desired. Serve warm!
