Bread in 10 Minute

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (120ml) plain yogurt (or milk)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2-4 tbsp water (as needed)
  • Optional: herbs, garlic powder, or cheese for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the yogurt and oil, then mix until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until it comes together.
  3. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide into 4-6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place one flatbread in the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and puffed.
  7. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  8. Brush with a little melted butter or olive oil and enjoy warm!
