Bone Pain Remedy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate)
  • Warm water (enough to fill a basin or bath)
  • Optional: a few drops of lavender essential oil (for relaxation)

Instructions

  1. Fill a basin or bathtub with warm water.
  2. Add the Epsom salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. If using, add a few drops of lavender essential oil.
  4. Soak the affected area (or your whole body) in the solution for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Gently pat dry and rest.
  6. Repeat 2–3 times a week or as needed for bone or joint pain relief.
