Ingredients
- 3 boiled eggs (sliced or chopped)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1 cup tomato (chopped)
- ½ cup carrot (grated or diced)
- ½ cup apple (chopped)
- ½ cup grapes (halved)
- ½ cup lettuce or mixed greens (torn)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or light dressing
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs, peel, and slice or chop them.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, carrot, apple, grapes, and lettuce.
- Add the boiled eggs on top.
- Drizzle with lemon juice or your preferred light dressing.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss gently and serve fresh.
