Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
- 3-4 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and crush them slightly with the side of a knife to release their juices.
- Pour the milk into a small saucepan and add the garlic cloves.
- Bring the milk to a gentle boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, strain to remove the garlic, and pour into a cup.
- Add honey if desired for taste.
- Drink warm, preferably before bedtime.
