- 2 lemons (organic, preferably)
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger (grated, optional)
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds. Remove seeds if necessary.
- Place the lemon slices in a glass jar.
- Add raw honey, cinnamon, and grated ginger (if using).
- Pour warm water over the mixture and stir well to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Consume 1-2 tablespoons daily, either on its own or diluted in warm water.
