Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
  2. Add ingredients to blender: Add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla extract to your blender. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
