- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
- Add ingredients to blender: Add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla extract to your blender. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients: Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Pour and bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Tap the pan lightly on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream and fruit if desired.
