- 2 medium oranges (seedless, washed, cut into chunks, peel on)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract or orange zest for extra flavor

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round or loaf cake pan.
- Add the chopped oranges, eggs, oil, and sugar to your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the orange mixture from the blender into the bowl and gently mix until just combined — don’t overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Slice and enjoy!
