Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package (9 oz) graham crackers
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions
- Prepare the cream mixture: In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and beat until it forms soft peaks.
- Layer the cake: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Add strawberries: Spread a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream mixture. If you’re using strawberry jam, you can spread a thin layer on top of the strawberries for extra flavor.
- Repeat the layers: Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with the remaining strawberries.
- Chill: Cover the cake with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, so the flavors meld together and the cake sets.
- Serve and enjoy: Once chilled, slice and serve! Enjoy the creamy, strawberry goodness.
