Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk (optional for moisture)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined. If the mixture feels dry, add the milk a little at a time to achieve the desired consistency.
- Roll the beef mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef balls to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve the beef balls as is, or with your favorite sauce, such as marinara or gravy.
Enjoy your delicious beef balls!
