Ingredients
- 5–6 fresh or dried bay leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or olive oil)
- 2–3 drops vitamin E oil (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water and add the bay leaves.
- Let them simmer for 5–7 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Allow the water to cool, strain, and keep only the bay leaf-infused liquid.
- Mix this liquid with aloe vera gel and coconut oil until smooth.
- Add vitamin E oil if using, and stir well.
- Store the mixture in a small, clean glass jar and refrigerate.
- Apply a thin layer to your face at night, focusing on areas with fine lines and wrinkles.
- Leave it on overnight or at least for 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
