- 5–6 dried bay leaves
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel (optional for extra moisture)
Instructions
- Prepare the bay leaf infusion:
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add the dried bay leaves and let them simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cover, and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
- Strain and let the liquid cool down to lukewarm.
- Make the wrinkle serum:
- Mix the cooled bay leaf water with the olive oil (or coconut oil).
- Add aloe vera gel if using, and stir well.
- How to use:
- Clean your face thoroughly.
- Soak a cotton pad with the bay leaf mixture and apply it evenly over your face and neck.
- Gently massage it in circular motions for a few minutes.
- Leave it on for about 20–30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Use 2–3 times a week for visible results over time.
