Ingredients
- 5–6 dried bay leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for extra hydration)
- 1 tsp aloe vera gel (optional, for skin tightening)
- A few drops of Vitamin E oil (optional, for anti-aging boost)
Instructions
- Boil the Bay Leaves:
In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the bay leaves and simmer for 5–10 minutes until the water is infused and aromatic. - Cool & Strain:
Remove from heat, allow to cool completely, and strain the liquid into a clean container or spray bottle. - Customize (Optional):
Stir in the coconut oil, aloe vera gel, and Vitamin E oil if you’re using them. Mix well to create a hydrating anti-wrinkle toner. - How to Use:
- Apply to a clean face using a cotton pad or mist using a spray bottle.
- Let it sit on the skin for 10–15 minutes.
- Rinse off or leave it on overnight (if skin tolerates well).
- Use daily for best results.
