Ingredients
- 5–6 dried bay leaves
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or coconut oil)
- Optional: a few drops of vitamin E oil
Instructions
- Bring the cup of water to a boil.
- Add the dried bay leaves and let them simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool down completely.
- Strain the liquid and mix in the olive oil (and vitamin E oil if using).
- Transfer to a clean glass bottle or jar.
- At night, after cleansing your face, apply this bay leaf toner gently with a cotton pad or your fingertips.
- Let it dry naturally and follow up with your usual moisturizer if needed.
- Use daily for best results.
