INGREDIENTS:
- 5–6 dried Bay Leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Rose Water
- 1 teaspoon Aloe Vera Gel
- 1 teaspoon Vitamin E Oil (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add bay leaves to a pan with water.
- Boil for 5–7 minutes on low flame.
- Turn off heat and let it cool completely.
- Strain the water into a clean bowl.
- Add rose water, aloe vera gel, and vitamin E oil.
- Mix well to form a natural toner/serum.
- Apply on clean face using cotton or fingertips.
- Leave it on overnight or wash after 30 minutes.
