Bay Leaf Is 100,000 Times Stronger Than Botox

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 dried bay leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or almond oil
  • Optional: 2-3 drops vitamin E oil or rosehip oil (for extra anti-aging boost)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Bay Leaves:
Add bay leaves to a pot with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Cool and Strain:
Remove from heat and allow the liquid to cool. Strain out the bay leaves and pour the infused water into a bowl.
  3. Mix the Elixir:
Add aloe vera gel and coconut (or almond) oil to the bay leaf water. Stir well until fully combined. If using, add vitamin E or rosehip oil.
  4. Apply to Skin:
Using clean fingers or a cotton pad, apply the mixture to your face and neck, focusing on areas with fine lines or wrinkles.
  5. Leave On or Rinse:
Let it sit for 20–30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Or, for deeper hydration, leave it on overnight and rinse in the morning.
  6. Use Regularly:
Apply 3–4 times a week for best results. Store any leftover mixture in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Note: This remedy is not a replacement for medical treatments. It supports skin hydration, reduces the appearance of fine lines, and improves overall skin texture naturally with consistent use.
