Ingredients:
- 10–15 fresh or dried bay leaves
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Add the bay leaves and let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for another 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a cup.
- If desired, add honey or lemon juice for flavor.
- Drink the tea twice daily for a week.
Alternatively, for topical application:
- Let the boiled bay leaf water cool down.
- Soak a cloth in the solution and apply it to the affected joints for 15–20 minutes.
- Repeat this process daily for one week.
