Bay Leaf Infusion for Joint Pain Relief Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10–15 fresh or dried bay leaves
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add the bay leaves and let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for another 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the liquid into a cup.
  5. If desired, add honey or lemon juice for flavor.
  6. Drink the tea twice daily for a week.
