Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries, halved (plus extra for garnish)
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzle, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice). Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows, chopped strawberries, banana slices, and cherries. Mix gently to combine.
  4. If using, fold in the chopped pecans or walnuts for added crunch.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
