This classic Banana Pudding recipe is a perfect dessert for any occasion, with layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and crunchy vanilla wafers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (12 oz) box vanilla wafers

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and 1/2 of the whipped topping (or whipped cream) to the pudding mixture. Fold gently until smooth.
