Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana peel (freshly removed)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional for added moisture)
- 1 teaspoon plain yogurt (optional for soothing effect)
Instructions
- Cleanse your face with warm water to open the pores and remove any dirt or makeup.
- Cut the banana peel into small, manageable strips.
- Gently rub the inside of the banana peel (the soft side) onto your skin in upward circular motions. Focus on areas with wrinkles or fine lines.
- (Optional) Mix the peel’s inside with honey and yogurt to form a paste. Apply it as a mask for 15–20 minutes.
- Leave the peel residue or mask on your face for 15–30 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
- Finish with your favorite moisturizer or facial oil.
Use 2–3 times a week for visible results over time.
