Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare potatoes: Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry. Poke each potato several times with a fork.
