Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Potatoes – Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Season – Poke each potato with a fork several times, then rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
