- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 oz) can crab meat (drained) or 1 cup fresh lump crab meat
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Wonton chips, tortilla chips, or crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, soy sauce (if using), and green onions.
- Gently fold in crab meat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with wonton chips, crackers, or veggies.
