Baked Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 oz) can crab meat (drained) or 1 cup fresh lump crab meat
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Wonton chips, tortilla chips, or crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, soy sauce (if using), and green onions.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with wonton chips, crackers, or veggies.
