Baked Cheese White Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a small baking dish or muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until slightly frothy.
  4. Add in the mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish or divide evenly into muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
