Ingredients
- 6 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a small baking dish or muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until slightly frothy.
- Add in the mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish or divide evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
