Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Ensure each floret is evenly coated.
- Arrange and Bake:
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the florets are golden brown and tender.
- Add the Finishing Touch:
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of baking for a crispy, cheesy crust.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
