Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Cauliflower:
    • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
    • Ensure each floret is evenly coated.
  3. Arrange and Bake:
    • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the florets are golden brown and tender.
