Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
- 1/3 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix well until smooth.
- Add in the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, red onion, celery, and shredded cheese (if using).
- Stir everything together until evenly coated and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled over lettuce, in a sandwich, with crackers, or in a wrap.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving, if desired.
