Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves or sandwich bread, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, celery, red onion, and parsley. Stir until everything is evenly coated in the dressing.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- Serve chilled over lettuce leaves, in a sandwich, wrap, or with crackers.
