Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth. - Add Main Ingredients:
Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, celery, and red onion. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated. - Season & Chill:
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. If time allows, chill for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld. - Serve:
Serve chilled on lettuce wraps, in sandwiches, or with crackers.
