Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add Main Ingredients:
    Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, celery, and red onion. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Season & Chill:
    Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. If time allows, chill for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  4. Serve:
    Serve chilled on lettuce wraps, in sandwiches, or with crackers.
