INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1½ cups prepared mac and cheese (homemade or boxed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked crispy bacon
- ½ cup pickles (optional)
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce or burger sauce (optional)
- Butter or oil, for grilling wraps
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside. - Prepare the Mac and Cheese:
Make your mac and cheese according to package directions or your favorite recipe. - Assemble the Wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat. In the center, layer a scoop of mac and cheese, some cooked beef, 2 slices of bacon, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar, and pickles or sauce if using. - Fold and Wrap:
Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll up tightly like a burrito. - Grill the Wraps:
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of butter or oil. Place wraps seam-side down and grill until golden and crispy on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side. - Serve:
Slice in half and enjoy while warm!
