Avocado Mayonnaise


A creamy and healthy alternative to traditional mayonnaise, this avocado-based mayo is perfect for sandwiches, salads, or as a dip. Made with simple ingredients, it’s packed with heart-healthy fats and offers a fresh, zesty flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
