Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon/lime juice.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic (if using). Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley.
- If using cheese, gently fold it in last.
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
