Ingredient
- 4 large carrots, peeled
- 2 medium apples (preferably red or green), cored
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled (optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for extra freshness)

Instructions
- Wash and prepare the produce: Peel the carrots and ginger, and core the apples.
- Juicer method:
- Add the carrots, apples, and ginger into your juicer.
- Collect the juice in a glass and stir in the lemon juice if desired.
- Blender method:
- Chop the carrots and apples into small pieces.
- Add them to a blender along with the ginger and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
- Stir in lemon juice if using.
- Serve immediately for the best taste and nutrition.
