Apply Bay Leaves to the Joints – You’ll Run Like a Teenager in Just 1 Week!


Ingredients

  • 5-6 fresh or dried bay leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: a few drops of olive oil or coconut oil (for external application)

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add the bay leaves to the boiling water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool to a warm, comfortable temperature.
  4. Soak a clean cloth in the bay leaf infusion or use a cotton ball soaked in it.
  5. Gently apply and massage the warm infusion onto your sore joints. You can also add a few drops of olive or coconut oil to help with skin absorption and massage.
  6. Repeat this process twice daily for 7 days.

Note: Bay leaves are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe joint pain and stiffness naturally.
