Ingredients
- 3-4 fresh bay leaves
- Olive oil (or any preferred carrier oil)
- A clean cloth or bandage
- A small jar or container (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Bay Leaves: Gently crush the bay leaves between your fingers to release their natural oils and fragrance.
- Infuse with Oil: Place the crushed bay leaves into a small jar or container, then pour in olive oil (or your preferred carrier oil) to cover the leaves. Let the mixture sit for about 24 hours to infuse.
- Massage the Oil: After 24 hours, strain the oil to remove the bay leaves. Gently massage a small amount of the infused oil into the joints where you feel discomfort or stiffness.
- Wrap with Cloth: If desired, wrap the massaged joints with a clean cloth or bandage to help retain the warmth and aid absorption.
- Repeat Daily: Apply this oil mixture once or twice daily for one week. With consistent use, the soothing properties of bay leaves may help reduce joint pain and stiffness, leaving you feeling more agile and youthful.
