Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, red onion, walnuts (if using), and raisins or cranberries (if using).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything together gently until the ingredients are well coated.
