Ingredients
- 1–2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
- 1 tablespoon water (to dilute if you have sensitive skin)
- Cotton ball or pad
Instructions
- Cleanse your skin gently with mild soap and water, then pat dry.
- Mix the apple cider vinegar with a little water (skip water if your skin tolerates vinegar well).
- Soak a cotton ball or pad in the solution.
- Apply directly onto the age spots and leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water.
- Repeat once daily for several weeks to see results.
⚠️ Note: Always do a patch test first to ensure your skin doesn’t react. If irritation occurs, dilute more or stop use. Also, avoid sun exposure right after application since vinegar can make skin more sensitive.
