- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass, combine the warm water and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and stir well.
- Mix in the raw honey until fully dissolved (if using).
- Sprinkle in the cinnamon and cayenne pepper, stirring continuously.
- Drink immediately on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning before breakfast.
