Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Instructions
- In a glass, add the warm water.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add the ground cinnamon and honey (if using), and mix well.
