Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh Aloe Vera gel (from the leaf)
- 1 tablespoon dried Rosemary (or 1-2 teaspoons fresh Rosemary)
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
- A pinch of salt (optional for flavor balance)
Instructions
- Prepare the Aloe Vera: If using a fresh Aloe Vera leaf, slice it open, scoop out the gel, and set it aside.
- Infuse the Rosemary: In a small pot, bring the 2 cups of water to a simmer. Add the dried or fresh rosemary and let it steep for about 10 minutes, allowing the nutrients to infuse into the water.
- Blend the Aloe Vera and Rosemary Water: Once the rosemary infusion is ready, remove it from heat and strain out the rosemary leaves. Add the aloe vera gel to the rosemary-infused water. Blend well using a hand blender or a regular blender until smooth.
- Add Sweetener: If desired, add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten the drink. You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor balance.
- Serve and Enjoy: Pour the mixture into a glass, serve chilled, and drink it slowly for detox benefits. You can drink this once daily.
