Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary (or 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary)
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for taste)

Instructions
- Boil Water: In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add Rosemary: Once boiling, add the rosemary and reduce to a simmer. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Prepare Aloe: While rosemary is steeping, scoop out fresh aloe vera gel or measure out the store-bought version.
- Strain & Mix: Strain the rosemary tea into a cup and let it cool slightly. Add the aloe vera gel and stir well until fully dissolved.
- Optional Additions: Add honey and lemon juice if desired. Stir to combine.
