- 2 tablespoons of fresh Aloe Vera gel
- 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary (or 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary)
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Prepare the Aloe Vera Gel: If using fresh Aloe Vera, carefully slice open an Aloe Vera leaf and scoop out 2 tablespoons of the clear gel. Alternatively, you can use store-bought Aloe Vera gel.
- Boil the Rosemary: In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the dried rosemary (or fresh rosemary). Let it steep for about 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors and beneficial properties to infuse into the water.
- Combine Aloe Vera and Rosemary: Strain the rosemary-infused water into a glass. Add the Aloe Vera gel to the water and stir well until the gel dissolves completely.
- Optional Sweetening: If you prefer a touch of sweetness, stir in a teaspoon of honey to balance the taste.
- Drink and Detox: Drink this herbal detox mixture once a day to help cleanse the body of toxins and fungi. Aloe Vera is known for its soothing and detoxifying properties, while rosemary helps support the immune system and fight fungi.
