ALMOND, BANANA, AVOCADO SMOOTHIE WITH HONEY


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened, your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, for richer flavor)
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and scoop out the avocado.
  2. Add banana, avocado, almond milk, honey, and almond butter (if using) to a blender.
  3. Toss in the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon if using, and enjoy immediately!
