Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened, your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, for richer flavor)
- A handful of ice cubes
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the banana and scoop out the avocado.
- Add banana, avocado, almond milk, honey, and almond butter (if using) to a blender.
- Toss in the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add more honey if desired.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon if using, and enjoy immediately!
