Almond Banana Avocado Smoothie Recipe

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • If using a frozen banana, ensure it’s pre-frozen.
    • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
    • Measure out the other ingredients.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
    • Place the almond milk, banana, avocado, almonds, almond butter (if using), chia seeds or flax seeds (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) into a high-powered blender.

  3. Blend:
