Alfredo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split and tips removed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry, then toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, make the Alfredo sauce: in a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and cream cheese (if using). Stir until smooth.
  6. Lower heat, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Remove baked wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the warm Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
