Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split and tips removed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the chicken wings dry, then toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, make the Alfredo sauce: in a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and cream cheese (if using). Stir until smooth.
- Lower heat, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Remove baked wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the warm Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
