Alfredo Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

For Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Prepare the wings:
Pat the wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Bake the wings:
Arrange the wings on the wire rack and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Make the Alfredo sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss wings in sauce:
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve:
Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately. Great with extra Parmesan on top or crusty bread on the side.
