Ingredients
- 10-12 chicken wings (whole or drumettes)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Chicken Wings: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken wings and cook for 7-10 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens (about 3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat the Wings: Return the cooked chicken wings to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat the wings evenly in the creamy sauce.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Alfredo chicken wings!
