Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen ravioli (meat or cheese-filled)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- Olive oil spray (or cooking spray)
Instructions
- Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Egg Wash: In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat the Ravioli: Dip each ravioli into the egg wash, making sure it’s completely coated. Then, dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange Ravioli in the Air Fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer, leaving space between them for air circulation.
- Cook the Ravioli: Air fry the ravioli for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they’re golden and crispy.
- Serve: Once the ravioli are crispy and golden, remove them from the air fryer. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
