- 1 tablespoon water
- Non-stick cooking spray (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease two small, oven-safe ramekins or baking dishes with non-stick spray (optional).
- Crack an egg into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolk.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of water to each ramekin (this helps steam the eggs).
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, depending on how runny you prefer your yolk (less time for runny yolks, more time for firm yolks).
- Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently remove the poached eggs from the ramekins and serve immediately on toast, salads, or your favorite dish!
