Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (white, sourdough, or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)
  • Optional: tomato slices, cooked bacon, or ham for extra filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (185°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place cheese (and optional fillings) between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
  4. Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket. Make sure they don’t overlap.
  5. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove, let cool for 1–2 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
