Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  2. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and gently mix to coat the shrimp evenly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  5. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
