Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and gently mix to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
